The education and training I have undertaken allow me to provide a comprehensive, individual Health Plan specifically for each client and this protocol offers a fantastic approach to nurturing the body back to good health and optimising wellbeing.

In healthcare there is very rarely a one-size fits all solution.  The studies I have undertaken all recognise that each person is an individual with a unique physiological make-up and require their own dietary and nutritional requirements to achieve optimal good health.  The aim of the protocols I put together for each client help to facilitate the body's amazing natural ability to heal itself.

The initial consultation takes c.1.5 hours and includes a comprehensive case history starting with family health and covering current symptoms, previous  health history, daily food choices and current lifestyle & wellbeing.

The consultation includes Naturopathic Microscopy (Live Blood and Dry Blood analysis) a fascinating tool allowing the client to get a true and accurate picture of their health at a cellular level from a drop of blood viewed under a microscope.

The third element to the consultation is various testing of the body's chemistry to identify any imbalances.  The main focus of this testing is to identify weaknesses in digestion and through various different means correcting the weaknesses and giving the body the optimal amount of nutrients to sustain good health.

Nutritional Therapy

As a Nutritional Therapist, I work with clients to alleviate and manage a wide range of conditions by identifying the root cause and by giving the client tools and dietary recommendations to promote optimal good health.  The focus is to identify where the imbalances lie and to improve the metabolic terrain including the physiological function of the various bodily systems e.g. digestive, immune, cardiovascular, respiratory, reproductive and endocrine and provide a road map back to good health.

Naturopathic Microscopy - Live and Dry Blood Analysis

What you see in the blood relates directly to your current health and demonstrates the negative impact of poor diet and lifestyle choices have on your blood and health in general.  This analysis can help identify levels of toxicity, nutrient deficiencies, free radical damage and early indications of chronic degeneration.

Live Blood Analysis focuses on the current blood terrain, identifying the health of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.  It is fascinating to see this environment live and also it is a great motivator as you will see the changes taking place and the health of the terrain improve as you implement the required changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Dry Blood Analysis is quite different to Live Blood Analysis in that it involves taking eight drops of blood and letting them dry on the slide.  This analysis  can can help identify levels of toxicity including heavy metal toxicity and oxidative stress.  It also can identify the stresses in the body for example thyroid deficiency or adrenal fatigue.

Bio-individuality Testing

Testing your Bio-individuality is really important as you may have the best diet and lifestyle possible but you are not benefiting from this because your digestion is sub-optimal and this can lead to a range of symptoms and issues.  The testing includes the pH of your saliva and urine, blood pressure (both high and low can offer significant information to symptoms that you may be experiencing like insomnia), energy production to determine if you are a fat burner or carb burner, digestive issues and your electrolyte balance.

All of the above testing is offered as part of a one-to-one consultation to take place in the clinic, however it is also possible to undertake the testing in your own home, with the exception of the Live Blood Analysis, and the follow-up consultation can take place online by video link.

Please note: The above testing is NOT a diagnostic tool for illnesses and should not replace the testing or advice from a qualified Medical Doctor. The testing can provide information regarding health imbalances and nutritional deficiencies, which can then be used to develop a customised Health Plan for you to follow to bring your health back into balance.
